General conditions for the provision of language services performed by inlingua Nitra.
1./ Place of learning is determined in agreement with the student. Lesson takes place in inlingua Nitra premises or in your company.
2./ Terms of payment:
The course can be paid in cash directly at inlingua Nitra or by bank transfer to the account of inlingua Nitra (we will send you details via email). The course fee is paid in advance. As the VS give your personal identification number and enter LANGUAGE COURSE_NAME SURNAME in a note.
If you have individual lessons, it is necessary to pay at least 10 teaching lessons in advance. It is not possible to give back money paid for the language course in cash or to the bank account.
3./ Refund for cancelled lessons:
Replacement of the lesson is guaranteed by inlingua Nitra. This lesson is taught in additional alternative date. Individual lesson can be replaced by student, if this fact is reported in advance. It is necessary to report this fact:
a / the prior day to 18:00 for lessons that run until 15:00, or to the trainer until 19,30; or by phone (0907/050 255) until 19,30.
b / 4 hours before the start of classes for lessons, which run from 15:05 pm.
The right to replacement does not have a student who attends a group course and can not attend the lesson.
4./inlingua Nitra reserves the right to change the duration of lessons such as:
45-minute lessons according to the number of students as follows:
a) if 3 students remain on a course, the time changes from 45 min to 30 min
b) if 2 students remain on a course, the time changes from 45 min to 20 min
c) if only 1 students remains on a course, the course terminates and the student is given refund for not taught lessons.
I agree with the report and the handling of my personal data in the company of inschool Slovakia. Providing information is voluntary and without consequences to the fact that these data can be processed for the purposes of the database of inschool Slovakia under Code.No. 122/2013 about Privacy Policy. Consent is given for an indefinite period and according to § 20 par. 3 quo. Code, it can still be withdrawn in writting.
